This 29-stage ultrasonic cleaning machine was designed for the sole purpose of high-precision cleaning of the Mobile phone's outer body and similar components as per the requirements provided by the client.

What we did:
It comprises of 29 stages, out of which 10 stages are ultrasonic cleaning tanks, 4 stages include rinsing, 2 stages include alkaline or acidic processes, 2 stages of water sprayers, 1 stage of conductivity check, 3 stages consisting of air blades, and 7 stages of dryers. The system also has a dedicated loading and unloading station. The entire system is enclosed in an SS enclosure with UPVC windows.
